I love this place my girlfriend gave me a massage and pedicure as part of a birthday preasent and it was great, didn't think it would be. Had my hair cut there and it was great, private room for the stylist with a TV. Beats the hell out…

The staff is super friendly, not snotty like other spas in the capital district. It has a friendly family-like vibet. The atmosphere is great. The service is excellent. The prices are extremely reasonable. I definitely recomment…

Pros: Great variety of services, very accomodating, lovely staff. Cons: mapquest needs to have better directions - call the spa they give excellent directions!!
