    Rudest VW service manager. Refused to honor warranty on entire car because an aftermarket radio installed. They lost my business.

    VW Service Manager refused to honor warranty on entire car because an aftermarket radio was installed. Unbelieveably rude and turned away new customer even in the current financial climate. AVOID!!
